Youth Volunteer Development Manager - Alex Bone

Before joining Youth Action Stockport I worked in a Students' Union supporting students to volunteer in their local communities and representating others. I've volunteered for museums and community groups and have a passion for rugby and helping others reach their full potential.

Youth Volunteer Adviser - Tracy Ryan

Hi I'm Tracy and I am the Youth Volunteer Adviser on the Vinvolved Team and until it ended in March this year I ran the Millennium Volunteers Scheme. It took me a long time to realise that I wanted a career working with Young People and now I am achieving my goal largely due to the fact that I am a volunteer and have been for over 20 years. Enough of the work stuff.

When I am not working I volunteer in the Scout Association helping young people to take part in a wide range of activities. In 2007 I attended the World Scout Jamboree as a member of the International Service Team, I spent three whole weeks camping with 42,000 members of the Scout Association and Girl Guides from across the whole world! It was an amazing experience.
